Dr Michael Mosley was a pioneer of intermittent fasting. In 2018, he co-founded The Fast 800 with Dr Clare Bailey Mosley to make scientifically-based weight loss and health strategies accessible to more people.

What we built.
In our project, the Fast 800 we seamlessly integrated several cutting-edge technologies to deliver a top-tier Housing corporations, manage thousands of roofs doing nothing. Every home with self-consumption lowers tenants' energy bills, improves the energy label and increases property value. SolarSpotter analyzes your entire stock in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional consultants.
For secure and reliable cloud hosting, we harnessed the power of AWS (Amazon Web Services) to store and manage your workout data, guaranteeing accessibility and scalability. The HTML and Tailwind CSS components were expertly woven into the project to craft a visually appealing and responsive front-end design, making it easy for you to navigate and tailor your workout timers.
This amalgamation of React.js, Javascript, AWS, and HTML/CSS has allowed us to develop a highly customizable, data-driven platform that not only tracks your progress but also offers in-depth productivity analysis tools. With these technologies working in harmony, we've created 'The Fast 800' to elevate your health regimen and provide valuable insights, ensuring a truly exceptional user experience.
