About us
Engineers who stay after launch.
Infinikorn is a senior-led engineering team in Lahore, working with founders and product teams across the US, UK and Europe. We build the systems, then we keep them running.

01Who we are
A shop that has to live with its own decisions.
We started in Ruby on Rails in 2014 and never stopped, but we have never been a one-stack shop — React, Next.js, React Native, Node and Python all earn their place depending on the problem. Along the way we have built telemedicine platforms, exam and assessment systems, legal document pipelines, marketplaces with split payments, fitness and events products, and a growing number of LLM systems now running unattended in production.
The through-line is that we usually still maintain what we built. That changes how you write things. You stop optimising for the demo and start optimising for the version of yourself who gets paged about it a year later — which is, not coincidentally, the entire argument behind how we build AI.
We are not the cheapest and we are not a body shop. We are a team you can hand a hard problem to and expect a written plan back before anyone touches a keyboard.
02How we operate
What we will not trade away.
We say no
If your project needs a specialist we do not have, or the honest answer is that your current team should keep going, that is what you will hear. Turning down work we would do badly is cheaper than doing it badly.
We work in the open
Weekly demos on a real staging environment, commits you can read, and an architecture note you own from week one. No status reports standing in for progress.
We stay
Several of our clients have been with us for years, and we still maintain most of what we have built. Code you have to live with is written differently from code you hand off and forget.
03How we build
Agentic Engineering.
Agentic Engineering is how we use AI coding agents without handing them the keys. Agents accelerate the work; a senior engineer owns every line that ships. These are the rules that separate a system that demos from one that runs.
Failure paths first
Every model call is wrapped before it is used: bounded retries, explicit timeouts, typed error handling and provider routing so one vendor's bad afternoon is not your outage. We write the failure path before the happy path.
State machines, not prompt chains
Long AI workflows are modelled as explicit, named stages — each its own idempotent background job that only enqueues the next on success. A job that dies mid-chain resumes where it stopped instead of re-burning every prior stage of tokens.
Human review is a gate, not a bolt-on
Where a wrong answer is expensive, the pipeline halts at a review boundary and waits. Reviewers see the model's disagreements and flagged issues, approve, and the downstream stages fire. Only the affected item blocks — the queue keeps moving.
Agents write code. Seniors own it.
We run agentic coding workflows daily, which is why we move fast. We also review, test and take responsibility for the output. Nothing agent-generated reaches your repository without a senior engineer having read it.
